Part 1: Where I Am Right Now

  • What part of myself have I been quieting to keep others comfortable?

  • If I’m honest, what is tugging at me to change?

Part 2: What I’m Learning

  • What have I learned about myself in the last year?

  • What values or dreams feel more important to me now than they used to?

  • What am I learning to let go of, without shame?
