This week, choose one of the following mini challenges to focus on building up your confidence:

  1. Speak Up Once: In a low stakes setting (like ordering coffee, asking a question in a small group, or sharing a brief thought with a friend), make a conscious effort to speak up once this week. Notice how it feels.

  2. Track One Win: At the end of each day, jot down one thing you accomplished, no matter how small it seems. This could be completing a task, having a brief positive interaction, or simply taking a moment for yourself.

  3. Positive Affirmation: Choose one positive affirmation (e.g., "I am capable," "My thoughts are valuable," "I am growing") and repeat it to yourself in the mirror each day this week.

Reflect: At the end of the week, take a moment to reflect on your chosen mini challenge. What did you notice? How did it make you feel? Even small actions can build momentum. Remember to revisit this activity when you need a small boost of confidence.
