Take a moment to think about one goal you'd like to achieve. It could be related to your career, health, a hobby, or anything else that's important to you.

Specific: What exactly do you want to achieve? Be as detailed as possible.

Where will this happen (if applicable)?
Why is this goal important to you?

Measurable: How will you know when you've achieved this goal? What metrics will you use to track your progress?
How I will measure my progress:
Achievable: Is this goal realistic given your current circumstances and resources? What steps can you take to make it happen?
Steps I can take:
Relevant: Why is this goal important to you right now? How does it align with your broader aspirations?
Why this goal is relevant to me:
Time-bound: When do you want to achieve this goal? Be specific with a date.
My target completion date:
Bonus: Once you've answered these questions, write out your complete SMART goal statement:
"I will [Specific Action] by [Time Frame], which I will measure by [Measurable Metric]. This is achievable because [Brief Reason] and is relevant to me because [Brief Reason]."
Example:
"I will walk for 30 minutes, three times a week, for the next month, which I will measure by tracking my completed walks in a journal. This is achievable because I can fit 30-minute walks into my schedule, and it is relevant to me because I want to improve my overall fitness."
