Take a few moments for some personal reflection. Consider the positive attributes of introverts we've discussed and how they resonate with you.

Identify your top strengths: Which introvert qualities do you feel are your strongest? Choose 2 or 3. Below are some examples.
Deep thought
Listening
Independence
Focus
Quality connections
Keen observer
Reflect on how you’ve used them: Think of a recent situation (big or small) where you naturally used one of these strengths. How did it help you? What was the outcome?
Leverage them for future goals: Choose one goal you're currently working towards. How can you intentionally apply one or more of your identified introvert strengths to help you achieve it? Be specific.
For example, if "Deep Thinker" is one of your strengths and your goal is to start a new project, you might reflect on how your ability to plan thoroughly can help you map out the initial steps.
Take a few quiet moments to ponder these questions. You might find new ways to appreciate and utilize your inherent introvert strengths!
