Prioritize Your Peace Challenge
This challenge is to carve out at least one full hour to ‘Prioritize Your Peace'. Self-care is extremely important to your well-being and to make sure you are recharged enough to continue working hard and achieving your dreams. This challenge helps you intentionally carve our time for yourself. Let’s get to it!

Schedule It:
Look at your week and decide when you can dedicate this uninterrupted hour to yourself. Write it down in your planner or set a reminder.
Create Your Space:
Choose a spot in your home (or even outdoors) where you feel most peaceful and comfortable. Maybe it's your reading chair, a quiet corner, or your balcony.
Choose Your Activity (or inactivity):
Decide how you'd like to spend this hour. You could:
Read a book
Listen to calming music
Meditate or practice deep breathing
Engage in a quiet hobby (drawing, knitting, etc.)
Simply sit and do nothing, allowing your thoughts to wander.
Minimize Distractions:
Turn off notifications on your phone and let others in your household know you'd like some uninterrupted time.
Reflect Afterwards:
After your 'Solitude Sanctuary Hour,' take a few moments to jot down how you feel. Did you feel more relaxed? More connected to yourself? What did you notice?
Beyond:
See if you can make this ‘Prioritize Your Peace’ challenge a part of your routine. How about doing this monthly? Or weekly? Remember, self-care should be ongoing, so be sure to revisit this challenge more than once!
