Journal Reflection
Read the accompanying blog post: Getting the Most out of Self-Help Books
This reflection activity is designed to help you start applying the strategies from a self-help book to your own life. After finishing a chapter, or the whole book, set aside 10-15 minutes to answer a few questions. You don’t need to respond to all of them; just choose the questions that resonate with you the most. Be honest with your answers!
The goal isn’t to summarize the book, but to gather insights and connect them with your own experiences. In addition, the reflection will help you identify the next steps you can take to apply the book’s strategies to your life. Over time, these reflections can also serve as a record of your growth and progress.
