1. Reflect on Your Workplace Norms: Think about the typical ways your team communicates, collaborates, and holds meetings. Consider things like the prevalence of open-plan offices, the frequency of impromptu meetings, and how contributions are typically solicited.
2. Identify Potential Challenges: Based on what you've learned in this post, where might an introvert in your organization feel less supported or have their energy unnecessarily drained? Make a brief list.
3. Brainstorm One Small Change: Choose one item from your list of potential challenges and brainstorm one small, practical change that could make a positive difference for introverts (and likely others too!). For example, if impromptu meetings are frequent, could you suggest a brief email outline beforehand?
4. Share Your Insight (Optional): If you feel comfortable, share your identified challenge and your proposed small change in the comments of this video. Let's learn from each other and spark ideas for a more inclusive workplace.
